Got For Gimmick

I spent a long time on this. Originally, I finished the sketch and decided that it just wasn't good enough, so I scrapped it. But a day later, the sketch RETRURNED FROM THE DEAD! SO I figured that was a sign to finish it. I didn't want to mess with any higher power or anything, especially one that had access to my browser. Yeah, I'm not funny.
ANYWHO... LOOK! It's those crazy kids again! This is the drawing I was practicing outfit designs for in "No Fashion Sense." Leon's outfit is actually a GOTH prom dress that I saw someone wear to my Art School prom. I was so amazed at the ridiculous charm of the dress, that I drew it years later. On a guy. How nice.

I was trying so hard to impress that nut, and I wanted to get a HART out of it.
I've got one more of these up my sleeves, but I'm going to wait on it until I'm MUCH better at this Oekaki thing.
